95th annual Vigilante Parade slated for Friday and a look at parade floats from years’ past.

Dedicated to the history and pioneering spirit of Helena, this year’s Vigilante Parade will feature between 95 and 100 booths from both Helena High and Capital High Schools, several more than in previous years.  To enter the parade, students must complete an application process early in April based on a variety of topics provided by high school educators and librarians.  With a list of almost 200 suggested float topics and a limit of two floats with the same topic per school, the parade will guarantee variety and entertainment.  To read the full article and parade route as published in the Independent Record, please click HERE.  You may also watch a video on this year’s parade below.
