We currently have availability at the following AM SACC Programs, Central, Jefferson, Jim Darcy, and Rossiter. AM SACC operates 7-8:30 each day. To enroll in one of our AM SACC Programs, please contact Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org.
We have limited space for our afternoon programs at the following schools, Bryant, Central, Jefferson, Jim Darcy, Rossiter, Smith, and Warren. To be considered for the lottery, please email Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org with your child’s date of birth, school, grade, and the number of days you are interested in by 5pm on Monday August 17. If you would consider being flexible in the number of days offered, please include this in your email as well. This will help us fill all the spots that we are able to with the possibility of adding more days as the school year proceeds. We will contact you as soon as possible with an offer for our afternoon SACC Program.
To be put on the waitlist, please contact Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org with your contact information, your child’s date of birth, school, and grade. We will contact you as space becomes available. We do not roll over the waitlist from year to year.
We do not offer programs for KinderSprouts.
Registration for full day out of school time programs will occur a month before each program.

Monthly Tuition Rates 2026-27
August is included with the September invoice and June is included with the May invoice. Invoices are split into 9 equal payments. Annual after school registration fee is $40/child. See the SACC Parent Handbook for more detailed information.
Combined Before & After-school Program
2 days per week (TTH only) $189
3 days per week (MWF only) $227
4-5 days per week (M-F) $330 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount)
After-school Program Only
2 days per week (TTH only) $162
3 days per week (MWF only) $182
4-5 days per week (M-F) $270 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount)
Before School Program Only
2 days per week (TTH only) $72
3 days per week (MWF only) $119
4-5 days per week (M-F) $130 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount)
School Out Days-$65 per child per day. There will be a separate registration for school out days.
