Registration Information

Fall registration for new and incoming students will open with a lottery beginning on July 29.  Please email Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org with the school your child attends, what days of the week you are interested in, your child’s school, and date of birth.  Families will be notified of a space by email by August 21.  Spaces are limited. Monthly Rates:

Annual registration fee per child……………………… $25

 

Combined Before & After-school Program

2 days per week (TTH only) $128

3 days per week (MWF only) 182

4-5 days per week (M-F) $266

(additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount- $240)

 

After-school Program Only

2 days per week    $115 (TTH only)

3 days per week      $146 (MWF only)

4-5 days per week   $216 (M-F)

(additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount- $195)

 

Before School Program Only

2 days per week (TTH only) $58

3 days per week (MWF only) $96

4-5 days per week (M-F) $104

(additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount- $94)

 

School Out Days $48 per child per day

 

Monthly late payment fees $20
