Lottery for Summer SACC registration starts April 29. To be entered into the lottery please email Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org. Please include child’s name, grade for 2024-25 school year, school, and date of birth. Please also indicate what weeks you are interested in. We will contact you by May 10th with enrollment information.
Summer 2024 will be held at Broadwater School, June 10- August 16 from 7:30-5:30, M-F. SACC will be closed July 4 and 5 for the holiday weekend. Summer SACC is open to Helena Public School children entering 1st-6th grades.
Registration Information: Sign up for the weeks of 1-3 and 5-9 at a cost of $240/week plus a $30 nonrefundable activity fee per child per week. Week 4 (July 1-3) is $144 plus a $30 nonrefundable activity fee per child. Week 10 (August 12-16) is located at Sunshine Camp and is $240 plus a $60 nonrefundable activity fee. The activity fee is due at the time of registration and will hold your spot. No multi-child or multi-week discounts. To make changes to your schedule, please have changes in writing to jmerrill@helenaschools.org for June by May 10, for July by June 10, and for August by July 10. If the change deadline is not met, you are responsible for the full amount of the invoice. No refunds. Payment must be paid in full based on the number of weeks registered by these dates: June 1 for weeks in June, July 1 for weeks in July, and August 1 for weeks in August. We are closed July 4 and 5.
