Registration Information

Registration for Summer SACC 2025 will begin mid-April.  We are currently finalizing details such as location and cost.  Summer SACC will operate June 16- August 15 and is open to Helena Public School children entering 1st-6th grades.  You may register for a week at a time.  Information will be updated as it becomes available.

Spring Break SACC will take place March 31- April 4.  Registration information will be available at your SACC site or posted on this page.

For before and after school registration for the remainder of the 2024-25 school year please email Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org with the school your child attends, what days of the week you are interested in, your child’s school, and date of birth. Spaces are limited.  

Registration for SACC 2025-26 will begin in late summer.  Information will be updated as it becomes available.

Monthly Rates:

Annual registration fee per child……………………… $25

2 days per week (TTH only) $128

3 days per week (MWF only) 182

4-5 days per week (M-F) $266

(additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount- $240)

 

After-school Program Only

2 days per week    $115 (TTH only)

3 days per week      $146 (MWF only)

4-5 days per week   $216 (M-F)

(additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount- $195)

 

Before School Program Only

2 days per week (TTH only) $58

3 days per week (MWF only) $96

4-5 days per week (M-F) $104

School Out Days $48 per child per day
