Registration Information

Welcome Kindergarten families.  We will begin registering for SACC Fall 2026 in mid summer.  Please keep an eye on this page for more information. Please click on the blue tab on the right hand side for the SACC Parent Handbook.

We do not offer programs for KinderSprouts.

Summer SACC rates, dates, and weekly themes will be published by mid-February. Registration for current SACC families will start March 2. Open registration for Summer SACC will open March 9.  Summer SACC is available for HPS children entering grades 1-6.

Before and After School Programs

If you are interested in registering your child for SACC please email Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org for more information and to be put on the waitlist.  Most of our SACC sites are full for the 2025-26 school year. Our waitlists do not roll over from year to year.

Monthly Rates 2025-26:

Annual registration fee per child $30

Combined Before & After-school Program

3 days per week $197

4-5 days per week $287 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount- $259)

After-school Program Only

2 days per week $124 TTH only

3 days per week $158 MWF only

4-5 days per week $233 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount- $211)

Before School Program Only (Broadwater, Central, Jefferson, Jim Darcy, and Rossiter)

2 days per week $63 TTH only

3 days per week $104 MWF only

4-5 days per week $112 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount- $101)

 

School Out Days $56 per child per day, separate registration required
