October 15 and 16 Full Days

Registration for October Full Days starts September 21 and is open to all Helena Public School K-5 students.

7:30-5:30 October 15 and 16 at Bryant Elementary (The SACC door is located directly under the sky bridge)

Registration is $65 per day per child.

Join us for two days of fun and activities!

• Thursday – jumping into the kitchen for some Halloween food creations.
• Friday – exploring Halloween STEAM. Come have some fun!

We provide a mid-morning breakfast and an afternoon snack. Parents are required to provide a non-refrigerated sack lunch with a beverage. Send your child with appropriate clothing for an active day of play inside and out.

Families on Best Beginnings Scholarship or Foster Care are required to contact their case worker regarding coverage. Current SACC families may register online at www.myprocare.com. All other families please email Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org for registration information. No refunds due to illness, no-shows, or cancellations.

**NOTE: SACC operates in the gym and cafeteria as one large group of multi-age kids with staff from multiple sites. At times it can be loud and chaotic. Most kids thrive in this environment, and some don’t. If you believe your child will struggle, please help them by finding a smaller setting.

2026/27 School Year Registration Information

The school year is in full-swing and we have limited spots available in our morning and afterschool programs.  Please contact Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org for more information or to be put on the waitlist.

To be put on the waitlist, please contact Jamie at jmerrill@helenaschools.org with your contact information, your child’s date of birth, school, and grade.  We will contact you as space becomes available.  We do not roll over the waitlist from year to year.

This year, Kessler Elementary students will take a district bus together to Broadwater Elementary, and Smith Elementary students will do the same to Bryant Elementary for their after-school care sites, where families will pick them up at the end of the day. The bus transfer from one school to another is direct with no stops.

Monthly Tuition Rates 2026-27

August is included with the September invoice and June is included with the May invoice. Invoices are split into 9 equal payments. Annual after school registration fee is $40/child. See the SACC Parent Handbook for more detailed information.

Combined Before & After-school Program

2 days per week (TTH only) $189

3 days per week (MWF only) $227

4-5 days per week (M-F) $330 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount)

After-school Program Only

2 days per week (TTH only) $162

3 days per week (MWF only) $182

4-5 days per week (M-F) $270 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount)

Before School Program Only

2 days per week (TTH only) $72

3 days per week (MWF only) $119

4-5 days per week (M-F) $130 (additional siblings qualify for a 10% discount)

 

School Out Days-$65 per child per day. There will be a separate registration for school out days.
