Give your child a strong start with KinderSprouts – our free, full-day pre-kindergarten program designed to build essential learning skills for kindergarten and beyond! Children must be 4 years old by September 10 to enroll for Fall 2026.

KinderSprouts FAQ

Below are the required documents you will need at your screening.

• Completed K-12 Enrollment Form
• Copy of your student’s birth certificate
• Copy of your student’s immunization records (Immunization Records Requirements)
• Completed Student Health Form (Student Health Form)
• Completed Home Language survey (Home Language Survey)
• Completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (if applicable) Indian Eligibility Form
• Proof of current residence. For example, rental agreement, tax statement and/or utility bill
