          • a second class in specific program area (1 year)
            • teacher must have OPI mandated teaching credentials
              • Advanced Opportunity Grant monies available
            • offer or working towards offering:
              • Work Base Learning opportunities
              • dual credit opportunities
              • CTE Student Organization
              • industry recognized credential opportunities
            • schools must provide access in all program areas to all special populations
            • provide Performance & Accountability data
              • senior follow-ups
