State Privacy-Compliant Technology Resources

MT state law (HB 745) requires districts to maintain privacy agreements (DPA’s) with any contractors that have online access to any student personally identifiable information (PII). PII includes names, addresses, student numbers, student work, messages, images, or records of any kind. Listed below are the contractors with whom we have a DPA on file. District staff may use these resources without any additional authorization, but should always remember to be mindful of the confidential nature of student information. Some resources may require a paid contract in order to use them. Those marked with an asterisk* are curricular resources purchased for specific grade levels.

Please use the following link to request that the district pursue a new DPA with a new contractor. Be aware that this process requires both the contractor and the superintendent to sign the agreement and may take several weeks or longer to complete. Request new DPA
