Summer Meal Pick-Up Schedule

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has changed its Summer Food Service Program to make the following effective immediately:

  • Children receiving free meals this summer may now take their food offsite. Children are no longer required to stay at the pick-up site to eat their food.
  • Children or a parent or guardian may pick up meals at the district’s summer distribution sites. In other words, children do not need to be present to receive meals.
  • Weekend meal pickup is back! Families may visit one of the district’s pick-up sites that are open on Fridays (Memorial Park, Sharron Park, Broadwater School, Helena Public Library, Camp Child (YMCA)) at the hours listed below to pick up six meals to take home for the weekend.
  • Summer meals will now have breakfast and lunch in every sack.
  • Seven-day meal packs are back and may be picked up at the locations/times below.
