FROM THE GROUND UP WITH HELENA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

LISTEN OR WATCH WHEREVER YOU’RE AT IN YOUR DAY: On Tuesday, March 24, the Helena Public Schools Board of Trustees held their monthly school-hosted work session at Jefferson Elementary, which proved to be a pivotal start for several key initiatives aimed at supporting our students and the broader community, as well as to ensure the continued stability and growth of our district’s resources. The Board approved the language in regard to the three levies that voters will see on upcoming ballots this spring – Elementary Ballot Language for General Fund Operations Levy AND Ballot Language for Technology Levy for both the High School District and the Elementary School District. Clear, transparent communication is our priority as we ask the community to continue to invest in our schools. To start- we invite you to listen in on the sixth episode of ‘From the Ground Up with Helena Public Schools’ where we discuss what the tech levies, or more specifically the Operations, Infrastructure, and Licensing levies DO NOT DO and what they actually do fund.
